When ordering by FAX or mail, please use the plant code numbers. We ship your plant order the least expensive way possible; At this time we are shipping with the Post Office, Priority Mail.
We need a physical address for delivery; a P.O. Box won't do. We do not ship C.O.D.
Please indicate whether you prefer a substitute variety or refund if we are out of a particular item. You can do this by placing your comment in the comment box of your order.
We will ship all of your order together if possible. Sometimes we will place items on back order. Should you object to that policy, please tell us.
Each plant is inspected and labeled before shipping. We ship orders as soon as possible and usually on Monday or Tuesday to avoid storage on weekends by the carrier. We ship only in the continental U.S.
We ship year round except during December and January.When you place your order during the winter months,or at any time during the year when the weather in your local is extreme, you must let us know if the shipment is to be delayed due to temperature extremes, otherwise the order will normally be shipped within 3 weeks of its receipt.
Our products are guaranteed to be true to species and in good condition. But things can happen en route, so let us know by fax, email or phone:760 451 1183 within 48 hours if your plants arrive damaged or dead. We will replace them when replacements are available or send you a refund.
SORRY, but we do not guarantee our herbs against neglect or mishandling after they arrive.
We accept purchase orders of $200 or more from governmental agencies, universities, botanical gardens, societies, etc. Also inquire about volume discounts.
Minimum Order: 6 Plants.
We accept MC, Visa, American Express, Discover, Money Orders, Personal Checks and Paypal. Your credit card will be charged when we process your order. We may wait for your check to clear before shipping. Sometimes a delay between receipt of your order and its shipment is because we are waiting for your plants to be in the best shipping condition or due to weather conditions.
